A Different Standard of Care Built for Families Like Yours

Most traditional programs rely on junior-level technicians
and demand 30–40 hours per week for years to see results.
Our concierge model is grounded in expertise, not volume.

You’ll work only with a dedicated board certified Masters and Doctorate-level clinician who customize every session to your goals.

The result?
Less time in therapy.
More meaningful progress.
And a support system that feels like an extension of your family—not a clinical program.

Three Levels of Support. One Shared Standard of Excellence.

Most Frequent Questions

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a scientific approach that uses techniques based on the principles of learning and behavior to help individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) develop important skills and reduce challenging behaviors. ABA therapy focuses on increasing desired behaviors and teaching new skills while decreasing behaviors that may be harmful or interfere with learning and daily functioning.

At Luna Family Autism Services, your child will be supported by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals of Masters Level Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our team works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help your child reach their full potential. We do not use Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and all clinicians have a Masters degree or higher.

Telehealth ABA therapy using parent mediated services is effective for most clients and research shows direct individual therapy via telehealth can be equally effective as in-person services.

Yes, we accept most major insurance carriers. Our goal is to make ABA therapy accessible and affordable for all families, and we work closely with insurance providers to ensure that our services are covered whenever possible. Our Intake Team can assist you with verifying your insurance coverage and navigating the authorization process to ensure that you can access the care your child needs.

Absolutely! The research speaks for itself.

One of the reasons we started Luna Family Autism was to combat the widespread practice of over-prescription of hours of ABA therapy. Many ABA centers will tell you your child needs 30-40 hours of therapy to be effective. While this may be the case and more intensive therapy is needed for some individuals, the research and evidence strongly indicates equal outcomes for fewer hours.

We are currently in-network with insurances in Texas, Illinois, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. We also accept private pay in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota, South Carolina, Arkansas, West Virginia, Maine, New Hampshire, Idaho, and New Mexico.

Getting started with Luna Family Autism Services is simple! All you need to do is reach out to our Intake Team to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s needs, gather information about their strengths and challenges, get your insurance information to determine eligibility, and determine if our services are the right fit for your family. An official autism diagnosis from a neurologist, pediatrician, or equivalent will be needed to receive authorization for therapy services from insurance.

Luna Family Autism Services takes a unique and innovative approach to ABA therapy by offering fully remote services delivered on an engaging virtual platform. Unlike traditional ABA therapy, which often involves in-person clinic sessions and long waitlists, our remote model provides convenient access to high-quality therapy without the need for travel or lengthy delays. By focusing on family-centered care and leveraging technology, we’re able to deliver personalized treatment that empowers families and promotes positive outcomes for individuals with autism.

At Luna Family Autism Services, we recognize that an autism diagnosis can impact not only the individual with autism but also their entire family. We understand that navigating the challenges and complexities of autism can be overwhelming and emotionally taxing for parents and caregivers.

Our decision to offer traditional counseling services for families is rooted in our commitment to providing comprehensive support that addresses the holistic needs of our clients and their families. Counseling provides a safe and supportive space for families to explore their emotions, process their experiences, and develop coping strategies to navigate the unique challenges associated with autism.

Additionally, counseling can help families strengthen their communication skills, improve family dynamics, and foster resilience in the face of adversity. By integrating counseling services into our treatment approach, we aim to empower families to build stronger relationships, enhance their overall well-being, and thrive together as they navigate their journey with autism.

We do not currently offer Autism Testing or Autism Evaluations – however, we have a large collection of resources and are happy to put you in touch with a diagnosing physician in your area.
